Material , labour and preparation of existing reinforcement surface by brush and application of two component epoxy zincrich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre. complete all as specified and as directed. (upto 12 storied bldg). Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalents.

Material and labour for introducing new reinforcement bars upto 12 mm dia and over for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc complete all as specified and as directed.(upto 12 storied bldg)

M&L for supply, mixing and placement of micro-concrete cement based prepacked single component chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow. elf compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of Sika Rep Microconcrete-4 or renderoc-RG of Fosroc in required thickness as per manufacture's instruction and all as directed. M&L for providing and applying at two component structural grade polymer modified reinforcement mortar Fosroc Renderoc S2 or equivalent product of SIKA upto a thickness of 30 mm over a coat of epoxy resin bonding agent Nitobond EP. The cured mortar shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 12N/mm2 in a day & 45 N/mm2 in 28 days with Flexural strength 8N/mm2 in 28 days Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. in addition to this percentage of water absorption should be 0.45 after 24 hours in immersion test at various locations in Bldgs complete all as per manufacture's specification complete all as specified and as directed.(upto 12 storied bldg)

M&L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm upto 4 storey complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing grouting in RCC walls and slabs by drilling holes @300 mm c/c upto half of the wall depth in zigzag manner using a drill machine and fixing a nozzle of 20mm dia, for injecting of epoxy grout till the refusal of injected grout material (grouting operation pressure shall be in between 2 to 4Kg per sq cm) followed by cutting the exposed nozzle so as to make the wall/ slab free from the grouting pipe and to seal the gap with polymer modified mortar complete all as specified and as directed.(upto 12 storied bldg) (Make- Fosroc conbextra Ep10(M) or equivalent.

When the flow of grout stops or shows refusal or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. Dismanteling and taking down of the 12 passengers lift machine (G+12) carefully and all electrical and mechanical components, assemblies, sub systems such as drives, machine, controls panels, lift car, ropes, ARD guides, counterweights, rails, beams and doors, electrical wirings, control wirings etc complete of exising unserviceable lifts including taking down all steel work and components from machine room, lift shaft , lift pit and stacking neatly all retrieved components for perusal of BOO and making good the disturebed surface in Machine room at all landing and in lift door facias, to match with the existing surfaces, all as directed at site by Engineer-in Charge for following lifts :- (Making good to disturbed surfaces will be paid under relevent items listed in schedule of B/R works mentioned here-in-before ) Location of Lift : Turf View B-16 (Offr Lift)
