Repair to pot holes any depth, n. exc. 2sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering & ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for premix bituminous macadam using 40 mm well graded crushed stone aggregate with 4% binder content by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 grade confirming to IS W-73:2006), laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Mixing of bituminous concrete shall be in Hot Mix Plant. (ii) Premix bituminous concrete shall be designed consdering the bituminous contents as specified and all as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confriming to IS-8887 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm of road surface with Machinical Sprayer, operated by hot pressure machanisam complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing and laying bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade confirming to IS-73-2013, laid & sprayed uniformly by means of Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Mixing of bituminous concrete shall be in Hot Mix Plant. (ii) Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed considering the bituminous contents as specified and all as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning and preparing the bituminous road surface and making good for road marking with reflective thermoplsatic white road marking paint confirming to BIS-3262, laid through Road Marking Machine in layer of CRYSTALX (using 5 kg per Sqm by incorporating 8% white glass beads for reflectivity) in 100 mm width and 2mm thick centre line, stop line etc. as per IRC pattern laid at temperature 60 degree centigrade including making necessary traffic diverson arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Solar Road Studs (Dual shank) Single piece moulded Aluminium body with 02 nos. grouting shanks for added strength and durability of having 30 Tons Load Bearing Capacity, of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (weight not less than 370 gms), powered by monocrystal solar pannel of 2.5V, 0.25 – 0.3W. One high capacity rechargable battery of high temp resistant - 1 re-chargeable NiMH battery (The battery is not grouted into road surface thus it prevents from overheating), 2 x 3 Super bright LEDs of Ø5 mm with Flashing Frequency of 1 - 2 Hz and view distance approx. 800 mtrs, LEDs-0.10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of red/amber colours as approved with back-up-Up to 4 days after full charge countinues lighting at night incl fixed with epoxy complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and Fixing in repair Road Studs/ Cat eyes made of aluminium alloy of having 25 Tons load bearing capacity, of size 100mm x 100mm x 20 mm (Weight not less than 370 gms), die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with highly reflective reflectors and 2 Nos. of 31 beads each side of red/ amber colours as approved including fixed with epoxy complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and Fixing as in repair Delinator/ reflective poles of MS 50mm dia and 600mm long with high reflective reflector on top portion of any colour complete all as specified and as directed.
