Any authorized Dealers/ Agents submitting their offer on behalf of RDSO approved firm they must submit valid tender specific authorization certificate along with their offers , failing which the offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

This is a Railway specific item. Firms who are participating as an authorized agents, are requested to indicate name and address of manufacturer works and submit the tender specific authorization of OEM along with the tender. Non- submission of valid AUTHORIZATION letter along with offer will make their offer invalid and offer will be summarily rejected.

Where there are not more than three Indian Suppliers categorized as Approved Vendor for a particular item, developmental vendors can be considered for placement of bulk order without any quantity restrictions.However, while considering such vendors, factors including past performance, capacity, delivery requirements, quantity under procurement, nature of item, outstanding order load etc. shall be considered in a transparent manner, subject to rates being reasonable. Quantity allocation among eligible vendors shall be based on pre decided tender criteria. Such orders shall be treated as bulk orders as per NWR tender document general condition of SECTION II para 1.2.1.1 (c).

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

SD Condition: Security deposit will be applicable as per Clause 12 of Section-II of NWR tender conditions.

EMD Conditions: All bidders who are exempted to submit EMD as per clause 3.1.1 of section-I of NWR tender document, are required to sign bid security declaration as mentioned in clause 3.1.5. Submission of offer by such exempted bidder will be considered that they signed the above bid security declaration. Bidders who are not exempted to submit EMD and bidders who are under declassification for EMD exemption, are mandatorily required to submit EMD (online) as mentioned in tender NIT.

MSEs registered with nominated approving agency, must enclose scanned copy of registration certificate along with their offer.

Tenderers should enclose scanned and valid copy of their credential for the tendered item along with their offer along with all the documents

Place of Inspection: - Firm should mentioned address of Inspection place in their offer.

Wherever Necessary debarment of firm it shall be dealt with as per guidelines issued by DoE Vide its OM No.F.1/20/2018-PPD dated 02.11.2021 and Railway Board letter No.2021/RS(G)/779/17 (E 3380016) dated 09.11.2022. Vendors are advised to please go through these instructions.

The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation , address & email id). In case of a contract award , a copy of the LOA/Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer mentioned in the Tenderer's bid.

MANUFACTURER'S NAME, MONTH AND YEAR OF MANUFACTURING SHOULD BE MARKED ON ITEM AT A SUITABLE PLACE WITHOUT AFFECTING FUNCTION ABILITY OF ITEM
