Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material or surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Hardcore with broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 Nominal mix (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete Nominal mix(1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregte) in sub-floors , sub bases , floors and pavings etc including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 50mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 Nominal mix (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in floorings finished including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregte) in surface channels and drains including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block , exc 10 cm in width in PCC type C-1, (1:3:6)( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete or brick/block masonry surfaces and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick Sand filling under floors as in sand cushioning for paver tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade as approved laid in sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separatly

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick in floors,steps, risers etc set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed with mixture of white & grey cement in equal proportion & no pigment, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Nominal mix (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm stone graded aggregate as in coping at sides of paver blocks including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), at or near ground level including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Stainless steel tubing(railing) of any diameter or square or rectangular in shape of grade AISI-304 type Aesthetic anticorrssive in nature as in framed work/Posts/fencing work/ railings/grills/designer work including cutting, bending, welding, grinding, buffing and bright polishing the welded joints and adjacent areas and fixing in any type of location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade "A" complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly platered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whiting on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Road marking paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of primer on road kerb surfaces/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Indigo floor paint

M & L for cleaning the existing floor / Concrete surfaces/Path by washing rubbing etc to remove caked mud/ grease etc and applying high pressure wall jet of 120 PSI or move for obtaining a clean surfaces free from algae/organic particles and applying one coat of weather resistant floor paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Indigo floor paint

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to IS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 nominal mix including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufactures instructions etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type and any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary flat iron, screw, bolts, round bars shall be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only'.

M&L PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5mm dia with 50mm x 50mm mesh including fixing of MS line wire / rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Supply only of MS rod, flat iron and nuts & bolts will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts n exc 12 mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long for fixing of chain link fencing all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10 mm dia Round bars for support to chain link fencing confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast Concrete work built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stainless steel chain made up or 6 mm dia SS bar buffed and polished of grade AISI-304 type aesthetic anti corrosive in nature welded and fixed to framed wire / post fencing including permanent fixing arragements to post with necessary welding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
