Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1, with peak shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm and 65 mm peak thickness as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of rated voltage 11 kV, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 120 sqmm, upto 4 core, any type from trenches including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for reuse or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages 6.35 kV/ 11 kV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 120 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for servicing of 11 kV gang operated air break switch by cleaning the contact, pin insulator with CTs and applying petroleum jelly at the contact point and down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted, corroded bolts, nuts (using galvanised iron nuts) along with replacing the burn aluminium thimbles and defective insulators, male and female contact as required at the site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (1) Insulator, male (moving) and female (fixed) contact shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items. (2) The cost for replacement of aluminium thimbles, GI nuts, bolts, washers, lubricating, materials etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor for the item.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductors removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised mild steel wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia in overhead lines complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for stay assembly of stay rod of diameter 20 mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for loop type insulator (porcelain guy strain insulator), large size, with overall dimensions 140 mm X 85 mm, cable hole dia 25 mm, creepage distance 57 mm, minimum failing load 88000 N, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, Designation C as per IS 5300: 1969 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay strand any size and type and M & L for hot dip galvanized stay strands of grade I, 7 Nos wires construction, wire diameter 4 mm, nominal strand diameter 12 mm, heavy zinc coating complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use or removing to store or for schedule of credit

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing only ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag and clearing tree branches upto 3 metre distance from conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for loose filling with broken stone or boulder aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells, on open space etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ sense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
