Supplying sign-board made of 25 mm thick sal plank and frame on all side of sal batten50mm x 32mm & 3.15m X 100 mm X 100mm Fitting fixing such with digging holes of dia 300mm and depth 750mm in all sorts of soil and repacking and consolidating the gap around the post with cement concrete (1:3:6) painting 2 coats including cost of nails bolts and nuts etc complete in all respect as per direction of the E.I.C. Payment of concrete and painting to be made separately. (PWD Schedule P-223 Item No.-47 i) 600mm X 450mm. Size of Board

Preparation & Submission of physical varification day report by the agency or by his authoraized representative in plain paper / letter head pad duly signed by the agency on the water supply scheme regarding any defect(s) in the total distribution system (P/Line) incl. total no. of S.Post, S/Valve & its condition in function, position etc. Any occurance in P/House site(s) which may effect in smooth running of the scheme look after the effectiveness of maintenance work which have carraied out by the aency him self as per direction of EIC (Payment will be made on acceptence of the report thus prepared only. 2 days in a month as per direction of EIC.

Day to day maintenance works of Piped Water Supply Schemes including supply of materials as per Annexure-I (Latest PWD & PHED Schedule of Rates to be adopted while taking measurements.
