A) Supply,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of 600 KVA or Above DG Set complete with alternator ,water cooled,self starting with suitable coupling with alternator of 600 KVA capacity,415 Volt at 1500 RPM 3-Phase,4-wires,50 Hz 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 Volt,capable of taking 10% overloading for one hour in any 12 hours duration. B) Supply,fixing of sound proof (silent type)canopy of suitable size for the above DG Set.The Job also includes loading,unloading and shifting from unloading site to the foundation of DG Set. c) Common base frame Batteries , Leads and Stand Anti Vibration Mountings ,Acoustic Enclosure Residential Silencer ,Exhaust Bellow Assembly Hardware Fisrt Fill of Lubricating Oil and coolent . (One job Each for Part-a & part-b)

Providing,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of AMF panel with all digital metering equipments including fixing of earth fault protection,over voltage protection, under voltage protection, over current protection and short circuit protection upto 50KA along with fixing of 1600 Amp ACB . (One job Each for Part-a & part-b)

Design providing an laying of RCC concrete foundation of height 450 mm above the finished floor level for the above mentioned 600 KVA or above DG set . The job also includes earth work and providing and laying of stones soiling of specified size as per site requirement .(as per approved drawing ) (Only for Part-b )

Supplying laying testing commissioning ,connecting of 1000 mmSq. Single core Aluminium PVC Sheatred armoured cable ISI Make( Polycab/Havells/Skytone/ KEI/Universal Make)from 600KVA or Above DG Set to AMF Panel & AMF Panel to LT Panel .(263 Meters for Part-a & 300 mtrs for part-b)

Providing and making of end termination of 1000 mm² single core Aluminium cable including thimbling, crimping tapping, testing and connecting as per site requirements (dowels /3D make) (20 no's Each for Part-a & part-b)

Providing and fixing of Brass compression Cable Glands of 1000 mm sq.single core Aluminium Cable . (20 no's Each for Part-a & part-b)

Providing,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of 1600 amp onload Changeover switch (ABB/Legrand/Havells/Socomec/Hager make) alongwith Fabrication of two numbers gland boxes upper and lower side of ChangeOver switch upto 3 Feet hight for proper glanding of the single core cable. The job includes providing/fixing of angle iron stand and copper buses for input /output and load side ogf Changeover of suitable size as per site requirement. (1 no Each for Part-a & part-b)

Providing and making of earth pits using appropriate mixture of salt and charcoal.The job includes providing fixing of copper plate of size 600mmx600x3mm, pit should be dug 3 mtr from the surface including 25mmx5mm copper strip in separate 1½" G.I Pipe from plate to surface and laying of 40 mm G.I water pipe to the plate complete as per latest specification. ( 5 jobs Each for Part-a & part-b)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections to be laid through 2 mm thick ms conduit of appropriate dia . A)600 KVA or Above DG Set b) controlling pane c) l(AMF Panel) (200 meters for Part-a & 270 meters for part-b)

Supply,fixing,testing & commissioning of fuel pipe 1" dia (G.I) for fuel supply from HSD oil reserve service tank to day oil tank of 600 KVA DG or Above Set with providing/fixing covering of glass wool,chicken mesh and fixing aluminium sheet around the pipe.The job also includes fixing of union,elbow,socket,Tee,gate valve etc as per site requirement. (50 Meters for Part-a & 72 meters for part-b)

Supply,fixing,testing & commissioning of water pipe ½" dia from main water line to DG Set for providing water supply to the DG Set.The job includes fixing of union,elbow,socket,Tee,gate valve etc. as per site requirement. (50 Meters for Part-a & 150 meters for part-b)

Fabrication, supply and installation, commissioning of one no HSD day oil tanks of 950 liters capacity (as per manufacture) to be fabricatede out of 6 mm thick MS Sheet complete with all accessories like pedestal/structural support for mounting of tank fixing all sides glass wool insulation with aluminium cladding, Valves calbirated with the gauge glass gun metal cock main hole of 600 mm dia with lid cover drain paint system fixed with 25/50 mm dia MS 'C' class pipe same dia of butterfly type gate valves 1 no tanks (1 job Each for Part-a & part-b)

Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of 01 no 1600 Amps ,415 volt 50 hz four pole Air circuit breaker AC horizintal Draw out type motorised front operated with micro processor based LCD protection ralease for adjustable over current ,short circuit and earth fault protection having breaking capacity of 50 KA . ACB should confirm IEC 60947 /IS 13947/Part2 with least version . Protection ralease should be communicable and breaker should have last triping detail memory (Legrand DMX3 (MP4)/ L&T - U power omega (MTX 4.5 g)/Seimens 3 wl (ETU 45- B ) Release /Schnieder -MVS (6.0A) make the new ACB to be fixed in existing LT panels as main against existing non functioninal ACB. the job also includes cost of modification of existing panel for accomodating /fixing new ACB (complete as per site requirement)

Extension of bus chamber/ Connection Box for connecting output cable including buses(TPN) of appropriate size along with suitable powder coated enclosure for housing the buses for alternator needs to be provided as per site requirement. For alternator of existing installed 600 KVA DG Set
