Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling where blasting is prohibited soft/hard rock in all lifts stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plated 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work or ordinary timber plankings , so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain.

Arches beyond 6 meter span.

Providing in RCC. Work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5.3(1cement:1.5sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying, mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor steel in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses, and framed work including cutting ,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed guards bars, Ladders, railings, brackets and similar works as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying,jointing and trenches GMS tube lightclass of following dia including tube fitting complete (earth work to be measured and paid for separately including testing of joints, within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Labour rate)

Providing and fixing C.I. Sluice valves of 100mm diameter Kirloskar/Leader make with hand wheel as per IS:780-1984 Class - PN-1 complete with bolts nuts, rubber insertion etc. (The tail piece if required shall be measured and paid for separately) and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing SFRC Man hole cover with frame having frames size of 500mm internal dia (Medium duty). The weight of cover & frame should not be less than 100 kg.

Random rubble masonary/polygonal rubble masoanry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved qualtiy in Providing and fixing of including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand) 12 grded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) plinth in level in cement Mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) 2nd class brick

Manufacturing & Supplying of fencing panel of size 1.20mx1.80m of Jali 25X25mm welded to M.S.black tube of 32mm dia of 14 gauge thick with M.S Flats 20X3mm, welded all around the pipe panel two on both sides and providing hold fasts 7 Nos. of M.S. Flat of 32x3mm thickness including cutting welding, painting with red oxide paint to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer In charge

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade on decorated wall surfces (two coats) to given an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials.
