Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soil and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 CUM, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface complete all as directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm with broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundations, filling in floors and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path / paving / hard standing / floor and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with Sub class B Bricks , old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:4 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on floors for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates (FE-410 grade E 250 Quality B) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled M S plate pain or chequred 5 mm thick or over in thickness of Fe-410-0 quality B W-E-250 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled & countersunk for screw, including bending & welding angles as necessary, gusket plates, riveting etc..n exc 10kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290Gde-E-165(Brackets over 10kg each to be measured under 'structural steel') complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; will ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS screw bolts (Machine made) 16 to 20mm dia neck and length exceeding 15cm & not exceeding 22.5cm long hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed other end to be fixed with one washer and one hexagonal nut, the other end to be embedded in RCC fencing post while casting, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix expanded metal (exc 4 Kg per Sqm) , cut to length,bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Note: To be executed for provision of ridges and hips.

Supply and fix rotational moulded,multilayer HDPE water storage tank of 1000 ltrs capacity(Cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked fixed in position on existing places with fittings and refixing of inlet, outlet & overflow pipe etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for soakage wells excavation in any type of soil size 3m dia X 3.0M effective depth foundation in PCC 1:3:6 walls of honey combed masonry with top ring M -25 concrete including intercepting chanmber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25 interconnection pipe of RCC Complete filled with brick bat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLSH cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed with and including PVC rigid conduit on walls/ceiling (concealed), with MS/PVC terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc. including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light or fan point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall/pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)
