Complete repair, servicing and maintenance of existing water cooler and RO purification system, including inspection, dismantling and servicing of the complete equipment; cleaning and descaling of water cooler tank, cooling coil, condenser, evaporator and water passages; checking and rectification of refrigeration system, compressor, condenser fan motor, thermostat, overload protector, relay, capacitor, electrical wiring, switches, MCB and associated control components; tightening and replacement of defective electrical connections, terminals and accessories wherever required. The work shall further include repair and servicing of the RO system, including inspection and replacement of defective sediment filter, pre-carbon filter, post-carbon filter, RO membrane, inline filters, filter housings, membrane housing, flow restrictor, solenoid valve, non-return valve, pressure switch, low-pressure/high-pressure switch, booster pump, SMPS/power supply, tubing, connectors and dispensing tap as required. The RO storage tank shall be cleaned and sanitised, all pipelines and connections checked for leakage, and defective tubing, elbows, valves and fittings replaced wherever necessary.The job shall include cleaning and sanitisation of the complete drinking-water circuit, checking of water flow and cooling performance, checking of RO rejection/TDS and treated-water quality, rectification of leakage, proper electrical and plumbing connections, testing of compressor and pump operation, replacement of minor consumables, complete testing under operating conditions and commissioning of the water cooler and RO system, including labour, materials, consumables, tools and tackles, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | - | Job | - | - |
| 2 | Complete repair, renovation and maintenance of existing office furniture, including inspection and dismantling of defective/damaged furniture such as tables, chairs, office desks, cupboards, racks, benches and other wooden/steel furniture; replacement of damaged or deteriorated wooden members, plywood/board panels, battens, legs, supports, hinges, handles, locks, latches, channels, screws, nuts, bolts and other hardware as required; repair of loose joints and frames using suitable adhesive, screws and mechanical fasteners; replacement/repair of damaged laminate/veneer and edge beading; filling of cracks, holes and damaged surfaces; sanding and preparation of wooden surfaces; polishing/painting/finishing wherever required. The work shall also include repair of steel furniture, including removal of rust, cleaning, straightening of bent members, welding of cracked/broken joints, replacement of damaged sections, grinding of welds, application of suitable anti-corrosive primer and finishing paint. For chairs and upholstered furniture, the work shall include repair/replacement of damaged seat/back supports, foam, rexine/fabric covering, webbing, stitching and allied fittings wherever required.
