M&L for false ceiling with 12mm thick mineral fibre board with & including anodized aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm consisting of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.50 x 25.00 x 1.40 mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM & 23.50 x 26.40 x 1.40 mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively, main & cross tee jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15x15x1.5mm weighing 0.12 Kg/RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts & washers, snap grid (main/cross tee) supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35x25x2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement, fixed in grid support with 2.50mm dia galvanized mild steel wire Class 3 fixed in detached works etc to support snap grid, with & including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation to exposed surfaces including necessary scaffolding/formwork for height upto 10-12 metres, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, including taking down old ceiling boards complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) False ceiling board shall be of make Everest / Charminar or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. .

M&L for underdeck thermal insulation for metal roof with bonded fibre glass wool of density 24 kg/Cum, 50mm thick, suitably factory laminated with aluminium foil backed up by scrim of fire resistant property (make: Phenotherm or equiavlent) including dismantling of existing insulation including necessary adhesive, hooks and scafoding/formwork for height upto 10-12 metre complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed.

Supply and stacking of Moorum/Red Bajri at base/ground level near shed or any other places in depot area for filling purpose under serial item Nos 4.00 to 8.00 of BOQ here-in-after complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Payment of Moorum/Red Bajri shall be made to contractor after verifying the quantitied by BOO. (ii) BOO shall be convened by AGE (I). (iii) Rates shall deemed to be included by contractor for digging of Moorum/Red bajri, bringing to work site from outside Defence land. (iv) 20% deduction shall be made from loose stacks or in carts or lorries for payment.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) Moorum/Red Bajri, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling to achieve upto 95% of standard procter density and finishing to required size, shape, etc not exceeding 1.50 metre high from base (including getting Moorum/Red Bajri from stacked quantity under item No 3.00 hereinbefore) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Rate shall deemed to be included for suitable arrangement upto 7.50 metre height from ground level for watering and ramming/rolling purpose. (ii) Rates shall deemed to be included by contractor for carrying of Moorum/Red bajri, available in stacks under item No 3.00 hereinbefore and carriage to place of deposition. (iii) 05% deduction shall be made for voids from compacted moorum/red bajri filling for payment.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius with bricks roughly cut to radius or bricks with wedge shaped joints, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar 1 : 4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note : - Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep including cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees and exceeding 30cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metre outside the periphery of the area under clearance and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 0.56mm thick plain aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4 in covering of crumple joints and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting (roof covering) of any description or any gauge or thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note for serial item No. 1.00 to 16.00 of BOQ :- (i) The initial levels to be taken after surface dressing of traverse and final level after compaction of moorum filling of traverse and both level sheets duly signed by BOO to be fwd to Accepting Officer for reference and records. (ii) The work shall be executed in Bldg Nos P-407, P-408, P-415, P-416, P-425, P-426, P-427, P-575, P-576, P-150, P-582 to P-598.
