REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLE /LT OUTDOOR PANELS MAINTENANCE TO E/M INSTALLATION/SUB STATION, DG SET INSTALLATION AND CONNECTED WORKS AT HQTC BANGALORE

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in,including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with locally available dry sand for protection of cable 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover ,punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned thickness of sand 18 cm shall be considered for measurement purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete in foundation of poles and stay assembly for bed concrete or as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete in foundation of stay assembly and pole or as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching,coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles or as per site requirement with necessary plastering work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable cable any type/size from trenches,pole, road,duct etc including necessary joints,U/S fittings and pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core and connecting up incoming/out going cables connection with suitable size lugs and testing complete all as specified and directed.
