Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (DSR 11.3)

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors. 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick (DSR- 11.13)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters, DSR 2023 (SI No. 6.4.1)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolt with nuts and screws etc. complete (copper oxidised as per IS 1378) DSR 9.62.1

Supply and fixing of harrison pad lock with 2 nos of keys (MR)

Painting with synthethic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacturer of required colour to give an even shades two or more coats on new work in over under coats of suitable shade with ordinary paints apporved branded & manufacture (DSR 2023 13.62.1 )

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead ( DSR 2023 15.23.1)

Providing and laying rectified Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x300 mm and more (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of first quality conforming to IS ; 15622 of approved make in colors such as white, ivory, gray, fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement slurry (1cement : 4 coarse sand) @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete (DSR 2023 -11.39)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 .(DSR 12.41.2)
