PROVISION OF CERTAIN MINOR WORKS IN DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STATION JAIPUR

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course for floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick digital, double charged Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade (square/rectangular), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick digital, double charged Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in vertical surfaces/dado/ skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, laid with and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) all as specified and directed.

S & F of aluminium anodised powder coated of approved colour, sliding type three track (02 glazed shutters and 01 gauzed shutter with equal width) window with sliding shutter and frame, jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading with and including aluminium grill, 5 mm thick glass and mosquito proofing net as detailed below complete all as specified and directed: - (i) Frame section of size 45 X 75 X 1.40 mm for top and sides rails and 45 X 75 X 1.40 mm mm for bottom rail. (ii) Top, bottom and side rails of shutter of section size 27 X 65 X 1.40 mm. (iii) Glass 5.00 mm thick one side reflective glass and other side visible fixed with rubber gasket and appropriate size aluminium clips and necessary handles, tower bolt etc. as directed. (iv) Stainless steel wire cloth (v) Filling of gap between wall and aluminium frame with silicon putty to make it proper water tight. (vi) Locking arrangement and providing Namda rope to make the frames air tight. Note:-Refer HQ CE (AF) Gandhinagar TD Drg No. CEAG/AR/TD/06R dt 17 Nov 2022 sheet no. 1/7 to 7/7.

S & F of aluminium powder coated single leaf fully glazed panelled door in two panels having 5mm thick toughened glass on pivots alongwith hydraulic floor door closer (aluminium extruded section), brass door lock with 04 levers, 02 no. handles with jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading and using following powder coated aluminum sections as given in 'Jindal' catalogue complete all as specified and directed: - (i) Rectangular tube -14005 (ii) Shutter vertical - 19550 (iii) Shutter top rail - 19563 (iv) Shutter middle rail - 19525 (v) Shutter bottom rail - 19563 (vi) Glazing clips - 19352 (vii) Handle - 18566 Note:-The thickness of the powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & tint shall be as decided by AGE(I).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of stone surfaces/brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and apply two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including a coat of 2mm thick wall care putty and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
