Supply installation, commissioning and testing including providing all necessary electrical connection, LT Junction box, outdoor type CPRI approved factory made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 0.60mx 0.60 mx 0.60 m deep having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle iron of size 50x50x6mm thick and 04 Nos legs 1.0 meter length with cable entry and exit circular hole with cable gland & gasket at bottom including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (5 stage process) with duly fixed in ground with necessary PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate, street light panel of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitereous enamelled (white), with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and comprising of the following accessories including taking down Old unserviceable box. M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundaation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the road /hard standing and making good disturbed surface by using PCC type C2 (1:3:6) by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as directed by Engrr-In-Charge.

Boring under road without disturbing the top surface of the road and taxiway for passing throught the cable all as directed. (Note -Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the contractor at his owwn cost)

S&F 25 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings and fixtures complete fixed to walls, ceilings, pole using suitable clamp/holder bat complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings and fixtures complete fixed to walls, ceilings, pole using suitable clamp/holder bat complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 80 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings and fixtures complete fixed to walls, ceilings, pole using suitable clamp/holder bat complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs modular junction box made of SMC/FRP of size 240x130x110mm with provision of MCB SP, and connector terminal 4 pole indicating RYB Phase Colour and Neutral colour complete fixed to street light pole with suitable size of mild steel/ flat iron clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No. GSJB 2413 of Sintex equivalent model as approved.

M&L for PVC insulated three core 1.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor for connection of security light from Junction Box to security light with including PVC Conduit medium class which is inclusive in the quoted rate all complete all as specefied and as directed.

Taking down of old unsv over head line including ACSR conductor(R,Y,B, N and Earthing-05 Nos complete) ,insulator,Stay,cross arms etc.of any size and any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB distribution board and S&F sheet metal enclouser TPN DB having facility to fix MCCB in incomer and MCBs in outgoing, TPN 4 ways, IP 43 with metal double door type complete fitted with bus bars, neutral links, blanking plates including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Make- Legrand or equivallent of ABB/Siemens

M & L for MCCB of 4 pole type, 125 Amps current capacity, thermal magnetic type, 36 KA breaking capacity, 415 Volts complete including taking down old existing unserviceable all as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Make- Legrand or equilavent of ABB/siemens)

Taking down old unserviceable MCB and S & F new MCB Four pole, 415 volts, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtrs wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out for laying of cables, poles etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for common burnt clay building bricks (locally available best quality), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of suitable size available in market to cover LT underground cables, laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of cable (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) all as specified and as directed.
