REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL FITTING/ FIXTURES AND WIRING AND CONNECTED E/M WORKS OF OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER PH-I AREA AT PMS

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor/Copper conductor point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sq mm FRLSH ,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red Colour use for Phase & Black Colour use for Neutral),drawn into and including non metalic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of suitable size and conduit accessories fixed on wall, floor, roof etc. and WITHincluding of FRLSH PVC insulated 1.5 sq mm copper conductor for earth continuity (Green Colour) and connected to common earth dolly and including pressed steel terminal flush boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet suitable for modular switches concealed in wall , with and including modular cover plate with frame (suitable module) for housing the switches socket,outlet etc.,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for one light point controled by one one way 5/6 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Cost of PVC conduit, cutting chases of wall, making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortor 1:4, matching with existing colour/paint of surface are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but for one 6 pin multi purpose 5/6 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ item No 2.00 here-in-before but for one power pointt using by 2.50 sq mm FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red Colour use for Phase & Black Colour use for Neutral), and with and including FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core 2.50 sq mm conductor for earth continuity (Green Colour) , on independent board ( but Not below the switch board of light points in the same vertical plane) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but forr one calling bell point controlled by one one way Bell switches. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ item No 2.00 here-in-before but for one power pointt using by 4.00 sq mm FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red Colour use for Phase & Black Colour use for Neutral), and with and including FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core 4.00 sq mm conductor for earth continuity (Green Colour) , on independent board ( but Not below the switch board of light points in the same vertical plane). complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing switch modular type 6 Amp one way, one module, single phase, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Item to be measured if executed under new point wiring)

S&F socket outlet 5 Amps, 5 pin, modular type, 2 module , single phase with shutter complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Item to be measured if executed under new point wiring)

Supply & Fixing bell push ,modular type 6 Amp SP one way, 1 module , complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Item to be measured if executed under new point wiring)

Supply & Fixing fan regulator modular step type 120 W 2 module suitable for 230 volt .cmplete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Item to be measured if executed under new point wiring)
