Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point.

M&L for providing old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting both end with suitable lugs of cross sectional area 3.5 core, 50 sqmm.

M&L for boring of holes under road, hard standing without damaging the surface for 50 mm & 100 mm bore GI pipe. Note : (i) Depth of hole shall be 1 metre below the top surface of road / hard standing. (ii) Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the schedule

Supply and lay in trenches/road crossing for cable protection galvanised steel tubes, light grade complete with accessories of 50 mm bore

Supply, laying & testing heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 sq mm ,2 core, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Factory made sheet metal enclosure distribution boards, double door, suitable for mounting isolator fixing MCBs conforming to IS & BS with 200 Amps rating copper bus bar, SP and N, 4 ways, 240 volts. Note : MCBs shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Tripod Chemical Earthing (i.e Three chemical earthing are individually connected in Delta form through copper strip) which include : (i) Three Nos 3000 mm long 50 mm dia copper bonded rod with top removal compound filling cap, seeppage holes, stainless steel fasteners, HDPE Lockable earth pit cover cum inspection chamber along with 150 Kg of Earth Enhancement Back fill compound including digging of pits. S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. As required but 20x3mm copper strip.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
