Earth work in embankment with material obtained from the borrow area including all leads, & lifts breaking of clodes dressing, laid in layers not exceeding 25 cm loose thickness i/c watering and rolling to the desired density as per clause No 305 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works(vth) revision of 2013|\latest edition as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete in all respect.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick in two layer ( 75mm each) open graded granular sub-base consisting of 75mm thick ( Bottom layer) filter/ seperation layer conforming to table 400.1 grading -III of MORT&H specification 5th revision and balance thickness75mm thick ( upper layer) drainage layer conforming to table 400.1 grading -VI of MORT&H 5th edition/ 2013 mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve course desired density complete as per clause no. 401 of MORT&H specification. Note;- Only crushed stone material should be used on local sand/ tibbas sand shall be used. the material finer than 425 micron shall have zero plasticity index (PI) )

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. as per clause No. 601 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision of 2013 / latest edition
