The nuts shall be tack welded with bolts after full tightning. Supply, laying and testing of centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipe and socket and spigot ends suitable for push on jointing, Class "K-9" of size DN 100mm duly applied with Zinc coating with finishing layer of Bitumen on external surfaces and Cement Mortar lining wit Bituminious seal coat on internal surfaces complete confirming to IS-8329 (2000) duly ISI Marked and all as specified and as directed including jointing and jointing materials like push on flexible joints suitable for Ductile Iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note: DI fitting such as bend, TEE, reducer etc. shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

S&F, and testing of centrifugally Cast Ductile iron fittings with cement mortar lining and outer Zinc and Bitumen coating as per IS : 9523/2000 duly ISI Marked suitable for DI pipe of any size such as Bend, Tee, reducer, collar or any type of fitting suitable to complete the laying of pipes line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT indoor panel board (factory made of approved CPRI) size as recommended by IS & CPRI norms & outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet 3.16mm thick dust proof, powder coated from both side, individual door, factory locking system with two side ventilation suitable for working on 415 Volt AC supply including bus bar chamber and aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps rating for phase and neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulator fixed in a separate bus bar chamber separate compartment for incoming and outgoing feeder prewired with suitable size of copper conductor cable including fitted on 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron channel with PCC foundation and provision of lugs and bushing for housing the following: - (i) Aluminium bus bar 100 Amps for phase & neutral - 04 Nos. (ii) MCCB 4P 63 Amps, 36 KA - 01 Nos (In coming) (iii) MCB TPN 20 Amps, 10 KA - 02 Nos.
