REPAIR AND MAINT TO STREET LIGHT, SECURITY LIGHTS, PERIMETER LIGHTING, FLOOD LIGHTS, HIGH MAST LIGHT AT MIL STN SGNR

Taking down existing unserviceable security / street light of any size & capacity from existing pole/building/wall for checking & replacement of unserviceable parts including checking of electric circuit complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge and refixing the same. Note : (i) The contractor's or his authorised rep/supervisor will receive complaint on each working day from JE E/M & will rectify the total no of complaints given to him on the same day & feedback to JE E/M daily evening. (ii) Penel recovery @ Rs 20 per / light complaint not rectified within 08 hrs will be recovered. (iii) The contractor will deploy one electrician (ITI Pass with minimum 3 years experience and one helper daily to attend the compalints. They will report at 0830 hrs daily to JE/Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) The contractor will ensure all safety measures of the workers incluiding insurance. (v) Necessarty tools & T&P required to rectify complaints will be provided to the labour employed by the contractor without anty extra cost to the Govt. (vi) Parts required for replacemwnt shall be measured as "Supply only" and paid seperately under respective items of BoQ.
