Day to Day routine/periodical preventive maintenance of DG set capacity 4 x 500 KVA and replacement of Lubricating oil, Oil filters, Fuel filters, Air cleaner elements & top-Up of Coolant as per Manufacturer`s recommended maintenance schedule including health check up of Engine, inspection of Canopy, Alternator & panels and correction of faults by adjustments & settings including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of (spare parts) which as specified in notes here-in-after for the DG set 500 KVA and daily/ routine/periodical maintenance as per direction of OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies including cleaning complete all as specified here-in-after:- NEW OTM POWER HOUSE : Nos of DG Set - 04 Nos (Make: GREAVES COTTON) Note :- (i) Spares required will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Engine Oil, Engine Oil (Lub Oil) Filter & Fuel Filter of above mentioned DG Set will be replaced twice in a year and will be measured and paid under respective schedule.

(ii) Engine Oil, Engine Oil (Lub Oil) Filter & Fuel Filter of above mentioned DG Set will be replaced twice in a year and will be measured and paid under respective schedule.

(ii) Engine Oil, Engine Oil (Lub Oil) Filter & Fuel Filter of above mentioned DG Set will be replaced twice in a year and will be measured and paid under respective schedule.

Notes for Item No 1 to 4 . During each visit under this contract, the following should be carried out by the Service Representative: 1. Drain the Lub Oil from the Sump, Lub oil Cooler etc. and clean the Sump Strainers as per the recommendation in the Operating Instruction Manual. Renew Lub Oil and Filter Elements are required. 2. Refill the sump with new Lub Oil and prime the lubricating system 3. Check and tighten as required, any external bolts. 4. Replace the Fuel Filter Elements as per the recommended procedure. 5. Check and adjust belt tension or replace the belts as required. 6. Check and correct the tightening of all Hoses and Clamps. 7. Check and correct the tightening of terminals at Engine Control Panel and EPU. 8. Check and adjust tappet clearance as required. 9. Check and tighten engine bearer cap screws. 10 Carryout Air Cleaner maintenance as required. 11 Check and record Engine performance parameters. 11. Check and correct external leakages. 12. Check EPU for proper functioning. 13. Checking of Alternator as per check list. 14. Spare parts required will be measured and paid Separately under respective item of schedule.

(c) Contractor shall rectify the fault within 24 hours as per the direction of AGE E/M or his rep within design limit as specified in PS otherwise shall be recovery as specified in here-in-after. (d) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be as existing at site or as per OEM. (e) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC casing/capping of size 25 mm with all accessories all as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC casing/capping of size 20 mm with all accessories all as directed by Engr-in- charge .

S&F GI in repair tubing medium grade of size 15 mm dia incl painting and making hole for extension of fan hook in high roof ceiling complete all as specified.

S & F in repair clamp with buckle for hanging ceiling fan including nut and bolts complete set all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level0with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of GI or steel, GI strip protected by 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe and other end connected to earth test point as directed including funnel with watering pipe 20 mm bore light grade GI, wire mesh charcoal or coke common salt laid in alternative layer of 15 cm (complete thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 normally mix cover slab reinforced with in 8 mm dia TMT bar 10 cm C/C both ways and single handle of 10 mm dia round bar including necessary excavation, earth work etc. in soft/loose/hard soil and disposal of soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessary testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No 3 MES schedule part-I complete all as specified and as directed.
