Making test bore hole of 50 mm dia up to required depth below ground level and collecting sample of soil at every 3.0 m depth or wherever there is a change of strata in sample boxes with the distinguishing marks for ascertaining the water bearing strata including arranging and carriage of necessary boring materials / tools etc. all complete as directed.

Movement of drilling Rig , Tools & Plants, Accessories including drill pipes, casing pipes etc. to drilling site and back.

Boring/drilling of bore hole up to 450mm dia and up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply of all required Tools & Plants, materials & labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas ( means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsiolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS:2800 (part-1). ( soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring.

(For new DTW, development works is to be carried out for at least 72 hours or till sand free discharge is obtained. Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed. Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. Rate as per Annexure-IV & DPC,Mech 2019-20. (i) 100mm dia

Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 80/100 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes ( HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 80/100 mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of MS / GI Equal Tee of 80/100 mm with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at three end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900mm dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-bend of size 160mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer followed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed.

Supply & Installation of Solar Pumping System: (a) Solar Submersible S tandalone Pump set with 7.5 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 200 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx. 1400 LPM at 10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-20 Mtr and Shut off head 30 M) working at 8000 Wp of solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of G.I. Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 1 (one) no. enlarger/ reducer as required, 20(twenty) mtr. Earth work by mechinical / manual means in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and for all lift : 2.2.1 All kinds of soil

CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc, including racking out joints and curing etc, complete as directed.(i) in proportion 1:4

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

River sand filling in plinth, canal bed, canal slopes, bases of structure, etc in layers not more than 150 mm thick including necessary carriage, watering etc,complete as directed as specified.

Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

CC work in proportion 1:2:4 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. Welded steel wire fabric fencing with posts of specified material and of standard design placed and embedded in cement concrete blocks 45x45x 60 cm of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement concrete blocks 70x45x50 cm of the same mix, provided with welded steel wire fabric fixed between the posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or tied to 6 mm bar nibs with G.I. binding wire (cost of posts, welded steel wire fabric, painting, earth work in excavation and concrete to be paid for separately).

Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.
