Repair and major overhauling of 15 Ton EOT crane installed at L.I.S Ranjan by way of disconnecting electric power supply from main of EOT crane. Disassembling of all components of EOT crane installed at Lift station. Replacement of burnt MCB of 63 Amp. Capacity with new 100 Amp. MCB. Providing/Fixing of all unserviceable thimbles and copper conductors as per sample size. Providing/Fixing of 4 mm Sq copper cable 100 mtrs. (approx.) travelling and connecting lead in pump house span over the steel wire of approximately 45 pieces completely fitted with steel rings and clamps. Providing /Fixing of new sling wire approximately 46 meters with sling bolts 04 Nos. and also 02 Nos. channel support for sling wire fixing. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges with all the tools and tackles required to execute the job at site. Disassembling of 10 HP LT Motor from trolley hoist and then shifting to workshop for its complete repair/rewinding after disassembly of motor, by using F-class insulation and other processes required for functioning of motor. Job also includes repair to rotor of motor by p/f of new bearings at DE and NDE after rebuilding of rotor shaft and finishing to bearing size after proper generation of key-way for proper coupling of motor. P/F of new cooling fan as per sample size. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges with hiring charges of tools & tackles required to execute the job at site. Major over-hauling of Gear box by way of disassembling , checking, cleaning the gear box housing parts with required cleaning agents, repairing, reconditioning the main and counter shaft at worn out portions and gears, machining, turning, polishing the shaft and gear teeth to the required pitch. P/F of 02 Nos. new gears as per sample size. Job includes complete assembling of the gear box and topping of fresh gear oil to required level. Providing/fitting of new nuts & bolts assemblies as per requirement. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges with hiring charges of tools & tackles required to execute the job at site. Overhauling of LT & CT drives of Crane by way of disassembling, opening of coupled pulleys of transverse and longitudinal driving shafts of the moving tracks cleaning, greasing, oiling, aligning and leveling the each driving shafts with providing/fitting of base frame packers for aligning, leveling it in proper accuracy. Replacement of all coupling bolts, nuts, flanges & pulleys which ever found damaged. Also dressing of steel wire rope drum roll, checking, cleaning, greasing the rope with adhesive solutions and reeling again on the drum reel. Also repairs to its hook etc. Complete job. Re- Strengthening of the EOT Crane rails by way of cleaning the entire rails on both sides with wire brush, sand paper etc. Alignment of existing rails and welding the end to end joints with the welding electrodes conforming to IS specifications. The job also includes scrubbing and grinding the welded joints to make the surface smooth and even for smooth operation of the crane. Testing of the crane operation for jerk free operation on load and no-load conditions. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges and charges for hiring mobile crane etc to undertake the job at site. Restoration of the lifting load braking system of the crane by disassembling, checking, adjusting , replacement of worn out moving parts including damaged brake leather and connected nuts & bolts, tension springs which ever found defective and setting right the brake system of the crane. Testing of the crane brake on no-load and load conditions. Complete job with material and labour charges. Providing and fixing of thermal insulation to roof ceiling of size 80 feet X 30 feet by 2 feet X 2 feet gypsum insulation board along with its mountings and accessories for proper fixing. Providing/fixing of high illuminating lights 15 Nos. along with complete electrical circuit. The job include providing and fixing of 05 nos. 100 watt flood lights for LIS Ranjan Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, transportation, loading, unloading charges for all tools & tackles required for execution of job Complete rewinding of 17 Nos. exhaust fans copper wound with fitting of bearings, capacitors. Repairing of rotor shafts of exhaust fans. The job includes wiring of the exhaust fans with 1.5 mm sq copper cable. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, loading, unloading charges for all tools & tackles required for execution of job.
