Taking down old unserviceable LT panel of any discription and size including demolition of PCC foundation and all connected accessories such as MCCB/Cubical type switch /Measuring instruments /indicating lamps etc complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box of any discription and size including demolition of PCC foundation and all connected accessories complete all as directed.

Supply , Fixing , installation, commissioning and testing LT junction box (feeder pillar box) cubical type of size 60cm x 40cm x 30 cm, 415 volts for outdoor use made of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick with provision of hole on bus bar for fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Dismantling of LT panel and removing all the connection including copper/aluminium busbar & removing the carbon from the contacts by cleaning through CTC solution and , after disconnecting cable. Replacment of the unserviceable or defective parts , rusted nuts and bolts,old damged/ corroded door hinges /door lock/bus bar, front or back door etc and reassemble the panel with all the connection properly tight and checked.Control wiring and CT PT connection of the panel shall be proper to be made serviceable to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Foundation of the panel shall be repaired with existing specifications if deteriorated and coloured with base frame properly mounted complete all as directed.

S&F in repair indicator lamp in different colour code LED / Neon type (as per sample) complete (RYB) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of feeder piller box / panel of any size any description and in any position including removal of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrubbing or by blow lamps , applying necessary filler coat and scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey in colour) by using spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for repairing the LT panel board body by replacing with new MS sheet of existing gauge size and shape including applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (Existing shade colour ) with using spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer for door shutter / body of feeder pillar box, including replacement of broken hinges with new hinges complete all as directed.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 metre distance on each side and 3.00 mtr distance on both sides of LT over head lines including collection and removal from road complete all as directed. Note :-For measurement and payment purpose each span shall be considered as 40.00 mtr. Span.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junctionbox/LT panel/O/H line etc complete all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand/bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe ,breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii)Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply and fix under respective item here in after.

Supply and fixing Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made LT feeder pillar box shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance, Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should pass glow wire test 960ºC in accordance with 60695-2-11 (flame retardant and self-extinguishing). Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / hard standing /along poles and testing XLPE, LT Cable, with PVC outer sheath Type-I as per IS - 5831, insulated stranded aluminium conductor as Per Class-2 of IS - 8130 served with and inner sheathining of PVC tape- ST-I as per IS-5831 color Red, Yellow, Blue & Black ,armoured with Galvanised steel strip or wire and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-1554 (Part-I & II) with latest amendments of Size cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core ,1100 volts grade heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying old serviceable bricks for cable protection , laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, foundation of poles/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying Galvanised steel light grade pipe upto 40 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate of Galvanised steel light grade pipe of size of 40 mm dia is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
