Supply & Laying of one layer Tar-felt of grade-3 (Make Shalimar or equivalent ) on cleaned and well prepared surface at junction of wall & roof made up of tin sheets as per direction of engineer – In charge including necessary overlap after applying one coat of mastic paint (tar-coal) below the tar felt and one coat on the Top of the tar felt including supply of all material, labor and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work . all over lapping shall be sealed by hot mastic paint complete in all aspect in workshop.
Scrapping and cleaning of old tar-felt from surface of workshop in central store by help of wire brush /scrapers / suitable tools. (Area-206.92M2) Including collection all old, scraper tar-felt after cleaning and disposal at least 100m away from Central store.
Removing paint or varnish with paint remover or with caustic soda including supply of all material ,labor and T&P etc. require for proper completion of the work.
Painting roof of other iron work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint “Luxol, or equivalent brand including supply of all material labor and a T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
Providing unskilled labor for sifting of material from side of tin shed for painting work of shed.
Supply and fixing 24B.W.G., GC Iron Sheet roofing . fixed in position with J or U bolts 10mm. dia. with GI Limpet & bitumen washers in palace of old and damage tin sheet including dismantling of old sheet with supply of all material, labor , wastage and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
