Material and labour in repair replace for MS cross arms, bracing, stiffeners, support clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sectionAngle iorn,flat of size and thicness, including nuts, bolts washers, welding binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer completeas complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles 9 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe and painting one coat of aluminium paint from 2.1 mtr above ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 mtr from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate bay ( 25 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing poles numbers ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour in repair in replace pin type porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one GI mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair shackle type porcelain insulator vitrous wihite, brown or green of size 75mm height, 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 vlots including GI mild steel straps 31x3mm washer, insulators, nuts, dia of bolt 12mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable or pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/loose soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, wtering, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 metre high from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing LT XLPE insuated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover, pipes, clamps, and cable joint shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items :- 6 Sq mm 2 core

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean sand over and under the under ground cable in trenches , ducts for cable protection incliding levellling and consodilation complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover,Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in repair 50 mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 17 …………….but for 80mm bore

Re- stretching/Stringing only existing ACSR of any size on LT pole including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) One length shall be measured for complete 4 to 6 conductors & GI wire.

All as item No 23 here-in-before but for half line 2 conductors & 01 GI wires.

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair/Replacement PVC line seperator suitable for 2/3/4 way on LT over head line all as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1KV grade cable for indoor/outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with kit and and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 Core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of Size 10 to 16 Sqmm. Make: Reychem/3M or any equivalent

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1KV grade cable for indoor/outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with kit and and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 Core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of Size 25 to 50 Sqmm. Make: Reychem/3M or any equivalent.

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted steel tubular electric pole of any type and size, from ground after necessary excavation & breaking of concrete foundation encasing the pole and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing steel tubular pole 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug nuts, bolts and washers all as specified in IS including the following:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, return filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing complete embedded portion. Note : PCC in foundation to ground level and coping/plinth block shall be measured and paid for sepearately under respective item.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work all as directed

Taking out unserviceable LT UG Cable of any size and any type up to 70 Sq mm 3.5 core including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal and Relaying only serviceable LT UG CABLE of any size and any type up to 70 Sq mm 3.5 core recived from item no39 of above including jointing and testing material complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:-Earth work ,sand coushiong and protection bricks meaured and paid separtely.)

M & L for mild steel plates plain or chequered,5mm thick or over in thickness including fabrication charges including taking out Old one in EM sub station from cable duct complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabricate, supply and install schematic diagram / plant details board of various sizes with clean capital/small letters, schematic diagrams, symbols, color coded as required on blue/other color background as directed with flex material. The board shall be hanged to wall or grouted in ground with suitable MS pipe in round shape of four cor ners with one coat of primer Red oxide and two coats of enemel paint as directed,

M & L installation sign /display board flex board type out door complete mounted on 20 mm size MS square tubing & ply wood incl flat iron clamps & angle iron supports for grouting/fixing on walls complete incliuding computer printing/inject printing of words/diagrams/embles etc including fixing of tube lights and connected items with complete wiring etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The letters in each case depending on the installation will be given and finalised by the Engr-in-charge.The rate quoted is deemed to include the same

S & F of inspection cover with frame for earth pit, made out of CI, size 300 mm square, chequered type including one bitumen coating on cover for protection from corrosion, removing old U/S frame/ U/S PCC cover, graveting, lettering of earth details etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out XLPE Cable from LT Panel ,removing the lugs and fix the new Aluminium lugs of size 16 to 25 Sqmm size in Qty 4 nos with Crimping tools properly,insulation tape around the burnt cable also and refixing in Panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 200Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA including taking out old one all as complete all as specified and as directed.
