Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design. In 75x75 mm deep chase.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old work over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre/post constructional Anti-termite treatment, creating continuous chemical barrier under and around the column pits, walls, trenches, basement excavation,top surface of the plinth filling, junction of wall and floor,along the external perimeter of building,expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth on which apron is to be laid, surrounding of pipe and conduits with chloropyriphos emulsifiable concentrates of 20% concentration, including cost of chemical, diluting in water to 1% concentration, labour, HOM of equipments, complete as per specifications.(plinth area of building at ground floor only shall be measured).

Providing and fixing fibre cement board false ceiling at all heights and levels, consisting of 4.0 mm thick, factory-made, fibre cement ceiling tiles of size 595×595 mm, conforming to IS 14862:2000 (Type-B, Category-III), laid on exposed interlocking pre-coated galvanized steel T-grid system suspended from the ceiling by adjustable hangers of GI wire (of required gauge), dash fasteners, perimeter wall angles, necessary screws, etc., complete in all respects as per manufacturers' specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include all materials, labour, tools, and accessories for the system, including making openings for lights, diffusers, and fittings wherever required. Supply & installation of factory modular cabinets for labs as per schematic drawings. Vendor shall prepare a detailed shop drawing considering actual site dimensions with provision for all required services. (e.g. electrical, plumbing, gas, exhaust etc.). The cabinets shall comprise the following items:-
