Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep soft/loose type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for cable/stay all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning,filling in,including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 50 mm outer dia double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe, SN-8, ISI marked for enclosing cable below ground/road surface to a required depth including suitable size couplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for GI tubing of 40 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling/pole or in trench formed by road/PCC cutting/boring as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/wall LT UG XLPE insulated ,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25sqmm, 4 core including taking down old u/s making necessery connections all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC, type C1, 1:3:6, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregated) as in coping of poles including formwork including demolition of old damaged concrete from pole complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour PCC, type D2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregated) as in PCC/Road cutting /installation area and foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for boring horizontal holes 100 mm dia upto 2mtr deep in soil under roads /PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m (Note: connected items like pipes is measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade for straight through joint complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 16 to 50 Sqmm, Outdoor type, including taking out & relaying damaged UG cable after repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and connected items will be measured and paid separately)

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode 40mm bore, medium grade, 3.5 meters length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 meters below ground level connected with earthing lead galvanized iron strip of size 25x4 mm connected to galvanized earth pipe by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fix with cast iron funnel and wire-mesh, with protection pipe of 32 mm dia light grade galvanized steel tubing upto 7.5 meters length for drawing earthlead including common salt, charcol , bentonite in alternate layers etc all in around of earthing pipe of 600mm dia, complete all as shown in EP number 2 of SSR Part-1 including testing on completion and including taking down old U/S earthing & testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Preparation of metalic surface with sand paper for street light pole and other steel surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

Materials and labour for one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces of street light pole and other steel surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

Materials and labour for two coats of Yellow/black synthetic enamel paint on metalic surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

Materials and labour for preparation of old decorated concrete/plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

Labour only for taking down any unserviseable street light fittings/flood light/garden light/gate light/fountain light fitting any type/size and refixing same after repair/replacement of all unserviceable accessories of any type and size from existing position/location or removing connection oxide by cleaning terminals and shifting materials to store for keeping in safe custody for repair work or taking credit complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Items if required for repair work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items)

Materials &Labour for concealed submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor, FRLS, of size 1.5 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor FRLSH, of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered, drawn into and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit (medium grade) with all fitting & accessories and testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable sub-main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge . Taking out old servicable tilted poles and refixing same at location as directed by engineer-in-charge including excavtion for taking out complete all as directed. Note:- PCC for foundation and coping work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Materials and labour for repairing of junction boxes by replacing all cable terminals followed by dressing of cable heads and refixing with two aluminium strips with nut bolts all as directed.

Materials and labour bracket for street light made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI Pipe of 1.5 mtr length, bend to shape with 02x clamps of existing size and shape and 04 Nut bolts inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surface including taking out old unservicable bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for GI bracket made out of 25 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe with two sets clamps grouted in wall with four number of wall fastners , bend to shape all as directed, length of pipe shall not be less than 1.5 metre for fixing of light fittings inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surface including taking out old unservicable bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 3 pole power contactor of AC3 rating 32 Amps , with built in surge suppressor , RoHS compliant including necessary electrical connection with suitable size of copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair coil for contactor MO32, 415V all as specified and directed

Supply only MS adopter for street light fitting of existing size and shape with nut bolts inclusive of one primer coat , one finished coat of aluminium paint all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 20 mm dia PVC conduit on the Steel/RCC poles, fixed by using GI clamp of suitable size including nuts and bolts by disconnecting existing open/loose 1.5 Sqmm single/three core pvc wire and inserting same in PVC conduit complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED flood light warm white colour 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED flood light warm white colour 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of LT Panel including fixing of damaged doors, disconnecting of all LT cable and refixing including, painting of entire panel with two coats of syntheic enamel paint and replacement of lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for taking out old unservicable flood light from high mast poles upto 16M height and refixing same after repairing complete all as specified and as directed. The quotated rates shall be inclusive of all safety arrangements and cost of making scaffolding /hiring of cranes for taling down flood lights upto 16M height.

Materials and labour for servicing of cable junction box by taking out old serviceable cable and refixing same after dressing the cable and inserting suitable size lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for grouting of 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe (including cost of GI Pipe) using PCC type C1 for fixing post top lamps on MES installtions pump houses/sub station etc minimum 15 cm pipe shall be inside the pillar/post and 40 cm above the post/pillar complete all as specifed and as directed by engr in charge.
