M&L 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth cources, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water throughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

M&L submain wiring with PVC insulated cable copper conductor FRLS two single core 4 Sqmm drawn through PVC rigid nonmetallic concealed/ surface conduit including earth continuity FRLS copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated with green insulation all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of cable 4.0 Sqmm, one run of cable 2.5 Sqmm and one Run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit RM.

M&L submain wiring with PVC insulated cable copper conductor FRLS two single core 2.5 Sqmm drawn through PVC rigid nonmetallic concealed/ surface conduit including earth continuity FRLS copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated with green insulation including taking down complete and directed. M&L preparation of old painted surface of PCC LT poles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black & white strips of 30cm each upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles including painting of street light brackets, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete for LT poles with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the plate to a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm in and including GI pipe 40mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and 20mm bore of GI pipe medium grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300 x 300mm (top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level in PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with and including 50mm thick RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.
