Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:- G.I. Sheet roofing.

Dismantling textile covering in ceiling / walling including frames and cover fillets, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all lead including carriage of materials.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachements etc. complete and stacking them. Not exceeding 3sqm in area including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work blasting work including where blasting is prohibited and chiselling/ wedging out of rock etc. upto all lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work inincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in Foundations and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights in all floors and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work In foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts .

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable ditemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
