M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles, with grey cement and pigment 30cm x30cm x20mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurrry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in Cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Vitrified tiles tiles of 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor etc,set and jointed in neat cement sluryy and pointed in coloured epoxy to match as in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6).

All as per Item no 34.0 above but in skirting with backing coat of 10mm thick rendering of CM (1:4)

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm wooden grain printed PVC sheet, edges will be painted to match with printed sheet, reinforced with MS square tube & fixing in opening complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs water proofing treatment to RCC roof by priming the plastered surfaces with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 2488 @ 0.30 kg/sqm and laying APP modified five layer polymeric membrane of minimum wt. 3.50 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) laid by torch application as per the manufacturers instructions with side overlap of 100mm & end overlap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces to a height of 300mm & finally finished with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium anodised (minimum anodisation is 15 microns) Door / window / Ventilator/partition frames and shutters (02 Nos glazed & gauzed), side hung type, without sash bars, standard aluminium grills, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, locking arrangements etc., complete with standard aluminium sections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco). (Note:- Weight of various Aluminium sections handles and locking arrangements shall only be considered for measurement for payment. However cost of rubber packing given in the item shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. S&F Granite (15-20mm thick) in inauguration stone duly engraving the letters embalms as per requirement all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. NOTE: Measurement of granite will be done in Sqm rate incl of engraving of letters & embalms.
