Providing and fixing ceramic glazed tiles of Kajaria/Nitko in dado upto 2.5 cm (two point five centimetre) height of size 300 x 450 mm ( three hundred into four hundred fifty millimetre) conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in cladding over 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/Sqm (Three point three kilogram per square metre) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as approved specification as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Providing and laying antiskid floor tiles of size 400 x400 ( Four hundred into four hundred e) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of premium quality of NITKO/KAZARIA as per approved shade laid on 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( one Cement isto four Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three point three kilogram per square metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetra, complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
