Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone / boulder to gauge n exc 63 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Raking of joints/removing of old sealing compound, dirt from Dummy joints 25mm deep x 10mm wide cleaning the joints properly by mechanical means for full depth, filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked joint seal PU sealant foam back up rod of 12 mm dia, priming top 10 mm with specified primer and filling with joint seal PU sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as specified and as per the directions of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Repair will be carried by through authorised Applicator)

M&L for Raking of joints / removing of old sealing compound, dirt from 20 mm thick expansion joint and depth 25mm and cleaning the joints properly for full depth of PQC and filling with 20 mm thick premoulded compressible filler shaliseal PUK-2 closed cell type board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked shaliseal PUK-2 foam back up rod of 25 mm dia over filler board, priming top 12 mm with approved primer and filling with shaliseal PUK-2 based sealeant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Repair will be carried by through authorised Applicator)

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood 40 mm thick clean sawn boards or planks, width n exc. 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide chrome primer after complete removal of old steel existing surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
