Carrying of submersible pump set, column pipe, valves, chlorine machine and specials from Ganga Sagar Store to work site for installation at Buffer zone tube well and back after mela period as per direction of EIC.

Installation the above submersible set with column pipe by supplying necessary materials and tools on hire basis and skilled labour complete as per direction of EIC (pump sets column pipes etc to be supplied by department)

Temporary installation of positive/ swellore make chlorine dosing pump motor set with all accessories to its existing base and withdrawing the same and storage to the departmental store after Mela as per direction of the EIC

Running maintenance of the chlorine machine during mela period for proper dosing of chlorine solution including minor repairing of the pump and motor with supply of all necessary materials for the entire work from 10-01-2023 to 16-01-2023

Running submersible pump sets at tube well by supplying skilled operating staff as per direction From 10-01-2023 to 16-01-2023 = 7 Days x 10 Hrs.

Withdrawing of submersible pump motor set after mela period from the tube well by supplying necessary Tools on hire basis and skilled labour as per direction of EIC.

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation of the above item for the entire period round the clock.

Erection of steel tubular pole inside ground (overall length 11 meter) on hire basis by excavation of earth of any kind of soil 2.5 mtr. Depth below ground level with proper piling at different places at sea beach with all protection to avoid accidents as per IE rules & as per direction of EIC complete (each pole should be properly earthed) on or before 07.01.2023

Providing on hire basis of LT panel board comprising with 100A -1 No as incoming &63A - No as outgoing main switches incl 160A Bus bar ,Indicator & measuring instrument etc, incl earthling arrangement & dismantling after the function.

Providing on hire basis 4way power MCB DB with required nos of 30/A way MCB as out going & 1 No 63A TPN isolator as incomer etc incl , earthling arrangement & dismantling after the function.

Providing on hire basis 8Way SP MCB DB with required nos of 16A/Way MCB as out Going & 1 No 40A DP Isolator as incomer etc incl , earthling arrangement & Dismantling after the function.

Providing on hire basis drawing of main wiring by drawing 1.1KV grade 3 ½ Core 50sq mm PVC/A al Cable through wall /floor /pavement /catenary system & Dismantling after the function.

Providing on hire basis drawing of main wiring by 1.1KV grade 3 ½ core 25 sq mm PVC/A AL cable through wall /floor/ pavement /catenary /system & dismantling after the function

Providing on hire basis drawing of 1.1 KV grade 2x7/0.36 single core PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire & dismantling after the function.

Providing on hire basis drawing of 1.1 KV grade 2x3/0.36 single core PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire & dismantling after the function.

Providing on hire basis 2x22 /0.3 (1.5sq mm ) + 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sq mm ) as ECC ( for separate plug & fluorescent light fittings )

Drawing of 150 watt LED street light fixture in different place of road,on hire basis from 07.01.2023 to16.01.2023 (10 days x 40 fittings per day)

Supply on hire bases 4.88 M long 100 mm.. Dia. (AV). Bamboo post and erecting the same at different places in pilgrim shed as per IE rules and direction of EIC (AV distance from post to post is 20 M.)

Drawing tube light points from different feeder line to different places on salbollah/Bamboo post inside and outside Mela ground and link road of pilgrim shed as per direction of EIC with supply on hire basis 40 watt. Tube light complete set etc. with inter connection and controlling switch complete (Damaged materials will have to be replaced by the agency at their own cost) from 08.01.2023 to 16.01.2023 = 9 days x 40 pts.

Supply & fitting fixing of 2 PIN 5 amps on hire basis from 08-01-2023 to 16-01-2023

Making earthing arrangement on hire basis by supplying 5/8'' dia earth spike of 2 mtr long with galvanized bolts nuts sand washer etc including supplying and fitting fixing 8 SWG GI wire and restoration of the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection earth spike to continuous running earth on the top of the PCC pole.

Guarding arrangement for the whole installation of the above items for the entire period round the clock with effect from 08-01-2023 to 16-01-2023

PA SYSTEM Providing on hire basics microphone with stand & necessary cable for connection & dismantling after the function. from 10-01-2023 to 16-01-2023

Providing on hire basics 300W Amplifier set complete & dismantling after the function. from 10-01-2023 to 16-01-2023
