Sub Work - 1 (MDR - 22 To Wadwana Road CH - 0/00 TO 2/500) Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material, up to lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as Directed by Engineer In-charge etc complete.(A) In area of non-thorny jungle

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. I.NO.3.2

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. 100% P.D.

Construction of granular sub-base to Grading I by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared compacted surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC in required Grade and camber watering and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc. complete

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate ( natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, , cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge , compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of sub-grade surface if required etc. complete. ssr i.no.5.13 (PWD SSR 2022-23)

Providing and laying White Topping/Short panalled concrete as per IRC-SP 76- 2015 (Existing Surface Preparation to be done if necessary either by milling or leveling course with DLC to correct surface profile and to be paid separatly ) with un reinforced M-40 Grade Pavement Quality Concrete using ordinary portland cement 43/53 grade or Portland Pozzzolana Cement IS- 1489 at 425kg /cum.coarse agrreegate,fine agregate (VSI) and admixture confirming to IS 9130 - 1999 (R- 2004) polymeric synthetic fiber as per ASTM (1116) such as polyester / polyethylene/polypropylene / glass fiber at 1.20 kg/cum, mixed in batching and mixing plant or weigh batcher as per approved mix design to achieve minimum flexural strength or modulus of ruptureof concrete 4.5 MPa at 28 dayslimiting maximum water content ratio to 0.40, transported to site, laid with fixed form/slip from paver finisher (preferably with slip from paver finisher), spread , vibrated , compacted and finished of surface,spraying two layers of curing compound,curing with water sprayed on hesssian cloth covered over concrete surface,groove cutting grid 1mx1m or as directed by Engineer in charge to a depth of 1/3 to 1/4 of the thickness and width 3-5 mm as per design including cost of all material,side fromwork,labour and macheineries et.complete as perspecifications (Excluding Dowel Bars and Tie Bars)(Rate Approved By Letter No 151/Ban-2 Date: 22.03.2024)
