Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 m width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I

Supply only Ammeter 0 – 100 Amps, 96 mm x 96mm, digital type of accuracy class 0.5 suitable for 50Hz, 3 Phase, 415 Volts AC supply complete all as specified and directed. (Make : AE/Meco /Rishab/ Enerco)

Supply only Push button (red/green) 22.5mm complete all as specified and directed (Make: C&S(Electric)/BCH/L&T).

Supply only Single Phase preventer complete all as specified and directed Make: Minilec Model VSP D2 or equivalent make of L & T

S&F in repair thermal over load relay auto and mannual resetting having capacity 9-13 Amp suitable for contactor CN1 to CN4 complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T / Havells/ Siemens

Preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces of feeder pillar boxes/panels/ boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat and stopping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in color) over a coat of red oxide primer with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to include for writing the MES /SM No and other relevant details with paint in the pattern and style as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable MCCB and supply and fixing MCCB, four Pole, 415 V all as specified and directed for following Amps & breaking capacity :- (Make: Legrand/C&S(Electric)/L&T) (a) 125 Amps, 25/26 KA

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable Isolator TPN and supply & fixing Isolator TPN, 415 V, 65 Amps (‘C’ series) having current rating 10 KA complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand/L&T/C & S (Electric)
