Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:

(a).(1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

(b) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:(Foundations, footings, bases for columns)

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.( Welded)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm)

Engagement of JCB/Tipper /Labour for the removing of heaps,plinths of sheds ,removal of vegetations plantations etc including disposalof the same to thedumping site completein every respect.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunk and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable materialand disposal of unserviceable material.( Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth.)

Preparation of subgrade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller of 8-12 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc. and disposal of surplus earth upto 50 meters.

Consolidation of subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity Including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and rerolling the subgrade.

p/l of GSB/nallah makh filling including rolling with power road roller watering,carriage extra complete in every respect.

Supplying and stacking at site

(a)Graded crushed stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45 mm

(b) Stone screening of size 13.2 mm nominal size (Type A)

(c)Moorum/khakh bajri/dust

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and Compacting to the required density.

p/f of 50mm thick interlock cement concrete tiles in foot paths and courtyards jointedwith neat cement slurry mixed with pigaments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete in all respects.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work including ready mixed red oxide primer.

Supplying and Laying of sand cusion under the tiles including carriage watering, ramming compacting etc complete.
