Trader should upload Manufacturer License Copy issued by the local authorities/regulatory bodies/Government for distillation/production of Santalum Album (Indian Sandalwood oil) and the same applies for Manufacturer also.

Appendix-R1: Format of Undertaking by way of affidavit(Notarised) is to be filled and uploaded.

If the tenderer is Non MSEs, upload last three preceding financial years turnover certificate (i.e., i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) along with copy of audited balance sheet and profit and loss accounts duly certified by Chartered Accountant & ITR) for the years mentioned above as proof in this regard. b. If the tenderer is MSEs, upload last two preceding financial years turnover certificate (i.e., 2024-25 and 2025-26) along with copy of audited balance sheet and profit and loss accounts duly certified by Chartered Accountant & ITR for the years mentioned above as proof in this regard.
