(b) New top made out of 18mm thick veeneared teak face pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade with 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet on top

(c) New bottom made out of 18mm thick veneered teak wood pre-laminated MDF board, exterior grade.

(d) New shelves made out of 12mm thick veneered teak face Pre-laminated MDF board, exterior grade.

(b) Taking out old U/S side of side board and S&F new side made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board, exterior grade, one side teak face and white laminated on other side complete all as specified on drawing and directed .

(c) Taking out old U/S back portion plywood of side board and S&F of new plywood 6mm thick, BWR grade, commercial all as specified on drawing and directed .

(d) Taking out old U/S top board of side board and S&F new top board made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board, exterior gade, one side teak face and white laminated on other side and providing 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the top all as specified on drawing and directed.

(e) Taking out old U/S bottom portion board of side board and S&F of new bottom board made of 18mm thick, prelaminated MDF board, extrerior garde both face white laminated complete all as specified on drawing and directed.

(f) Taking out old U/S drawer of side board and S&F of new drawer to be made of 12mm thick, well seasoned sheesham wood planks and 6mm thick commercial ply at bottom of drawers complete all as specified on drawing and directed.

(g) Removing of U/S knob and S&F new brass knob best quality as per drg and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Table dining 4/6 persons (MAP)-

Supply and fixing in replacement of top of table dining 4 persons of size 1160x860mm made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board with appropriate wooden beading alround of top of table dining 4 persons of size and shape all as shown on drg.

supply and fixing in replacement of legs of table dinning 4 persons with new legs of size 90x45x750mm made of 1st class hard wood teak, size and shape all as shown on drg.

supply and fixing in replacement of long rails of size 1200x 90x45mm made of 1st class hard wood teak, thick for 4 persons size and shape all as shown on drg.

sypply and fixing in replacement of short rail of table dinning 4 persons with new short rails of size 90x45x900mm made of 1st class hard wood teak, size and shape all as shown on drg.

supply and fixing of wooden bracket of size 100x100x35mm made of 1st class hard wood teak/shisham, size and shape all as shown on drg.

Sofa set single seated / 4 seated

(a) Taking out old U/s Broken front leg from Sofa set and S & F New leg to be made of seasoned teak wood same shape and size as specified and directed by Engr –in-Charge.

(b) All as per Item No.15 (a) above but rear leg

(e) Providing new M & L cushion of 32 density cool foam of size 560 x 530x100mm thick duly upholstered with new tapestry cloth as approved (rate not less than Rs 350 /Mtr) complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Providing new tapestry cloth cover for seat foam and back foam of sofa sets of approved shade & quality (as per sample held with office) with zip mechanism duly stitched as directed for easy removing/closing purposes etc to cover the foam of size 560 x 530x100mm thick complete all specified and as directed. Cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 350 for RM.

Chair all type- Recanning of chairs CBA/CBB wooden and chair bin soiled linen, chair Easy, Chair dinning, Chair writing etc with 2mm wide new plastic cane and 0.4mm thick cream/white half round seat and back and border to be covered with 3 to 4 mm wide ½ round cane complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Polishing :- M&L for preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & filling the cracks with putty making the surface smooth and apply two coat high class french polish to give glossy finish as directed by GE/Eng-in -Charge of following wooden furniture at various location in stn.
