Taking down cement plaster any description, on brick/stone walls or concrete surface, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 externally and finished even and fair ( without using extra cement ) complete as specified.

M&L rendering 5mm thick plaster for ceiling on concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) including finish even and fair with out using extra cement as specified complete.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement as specified complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall including plaster/ cornices etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat primer over and including one coat of cement base wall care putty applied as per manufacturers instruction complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered decorated surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping holes, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion complete as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer paint on wall including preparation of newly plaster surface complete as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, from roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanized corrugated mild steel sheeting, zinc coating not less than 120 grams / Sqm with two corrugation side lap and end overlap not less than 150 mm, fixed with J or L hook with cup washers etc as in roof covering complete all as directed by Engr in Charge

S&F 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheet with two corrugation side lap and end overlap not less than 150 mm, fixed with J or L hook with cup washers etc as in roof covering complete all as specified by Engr in Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F Steel work in trusses fabricated with reactangular / Square hollow section, including special shaped, washers etc including cutting welding, bending in shape etc using tube of YST 240 grade confirming to to IS-4923 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling old u/s wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed blasters walkways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete as specified.

Demolition of PCC in roof covering, kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, coved fillets etc including old decayed water proofing treatment of any type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement complete as specified.

M & L fibre reinforced, UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied water proofing & Heat reflective coating coating with acrylic Polymers and polyesterfibres,SmartCare Damp Proof or approved equivalent.The coating shall resist 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 standards, with elongation of 220% as per ASTM D412 & crack bridging of upto 1 mm & with high SRI value conforming to ASNZ standard. And applying three coat of Elastomeric waterproofing coating with recron fibres & High SRI value (Damp Proof) but fisrt coat of should be as primer for terrace waterproofing. Damp Proof is a part of the DSR as per 22.22A and incl repair and preparing of surfacesre. The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall & ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slab/ blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete.

M&L for fibre reinforced 12 mm thick for seamless false ceiling of grid size 60 cm x 60 cm fixed with screw over and including Gl frame work comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete as per manufacturer instruction.

S&F false ceiling of 6 mm thick fibre cement board / tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm . The aluminium frame work will be supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia. Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of Galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L brick work with sub class' B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified.

M&L for Providing 40 mm thick precast reinforced cement concrete louvers and jallies including precast vertical column as per specified of mix 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, including moulding but excluding frame set in CM 1:4 complete as specified.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, removal of debries / cleaning of premises etc complete as specified.

S&F light shade vetrified ceramic tiles double charge edge cut 10mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete as specified.

All as per item No 27.00 above but as in skirting/ vertical surface over & including 10mm thick rendering on stone/brick masonary surface or PCC engrs board surface in CM 1:4 complete as specified.

Non skid cermic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick joint free (square/ rect) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete as specified.

All as per item No 29.00 above but as in skirting/ vertical surface over & incl10mm thick rendering on stone masonary surface or surface other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 complete as specified.

M & L for Glazed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface size exc 0.11 sqm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10mm thick rendering on stone masonary surface or surface other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 complete as specified.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L 20 to 25mm thick kota stone slab flooring 20mm thickin CM 1:6 cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing polishing fixing complete as specified.

M&L 20 to 25mm thick kota stone as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over rendering 10 thick in CM 1:4 including rubbing polishing fixing complete as specified.

M & L of 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in Slab,steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and all horizontal portion and like in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete as specified.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall (veneering to wall) and any vertical surface etc with 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete as specified.

M&L for Rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile with white cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement Mortar 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete as specified.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 40 N / Sqmm (M-40 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds scratch proof lacquer coating, top surface with white cement and pigment laid over and including 20 mm thick (compacted thickness) sand complete as per manufracturer instruction complete.

All as per item No 40.00 above but except tiles

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2,(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base / path / flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finished even and smooth without using extra cement and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixed in repair 15mm bore bib taps,fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads,chromium plated , screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete as specified.

S&F in repair bib taps 15mm bore cast coper alloy CP fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jaquar,Cat Part No : 35037PM) or equivalent cat part in other make as per Appendix 'B'.

S&F in repair CP stop valve fancy type, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe for 15 mm bore pipe complete as specified.

Repairing of existing aluminium door single leafexc 1.50 Sqm but nexc 4.0 sqm including taking down all members , sheet glass of any thickness cleat , neosprene rubber beading and resecuring all sections & tightening all joints incl fixing new small cleats etc eac nexc 100 mm and refixing all members , sheet glass , aluminum cleat but new neosprene rubber beading (paid under seperate item ) and making the door and shutter serviceable , including fixing on Hinges complete all as specified.(Floor door springs, Neosprene rubber beading , Hinges Door Closer where renewed shall be measured and paid under seperate Item under item No 98.00 to 104.00 here in under.
