Dismantling of old existing 600 mm diameter NRV from the pump set by cutting of old rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and operating the dismantling joint with the help of tools & tackles, heavy manual labour and shifting the same at safe place with the help of proper logistics as per site requirement.
Removing/Isolation of the delivery line of pump set by using of blank flange of 300 mm diameter and 600 mm diameter to control the leakage inside the pump house for safe working.
Supply of Nut, Bolts and washer as required size of good quality.
Supply of Neoprene rubber sheet 50% Neoprene. Make: - Jyoti/ National /Any DJB Approved
Replacement of both side Gland Stud of required size of all pump by removing old damaged stud with the help of gas cutter, drill machine and manual labour etc. then re-drilling the internal thread of bore and fixing of new stud of required size as per site requirement.
Supply of graphite packing of style 1100 Graphited Lubricated non-metallic of 16mm size. Make: - Champion/Any DJB Approved
Fixing of new 600mm dia. NRV with the help of manual heavy labour tools & tackles, T&P etc. by tightening of nut, bolts & washer of taper, NRV and fixing/grouting of vibration pad. The work also includes of making base foundation for NRV. Note: Non-return valve of 600 mm diameter and PN 1.0 will be provided by the department.
Testing & commissioning of NRV on load.
Transportation charges of NRV from Sonia Vihar BPS to Bhagirathi BPS including loading & unloading of NRV by heavy manual labour/Crane on both sites.
Providing/Fixing of pressure gauge of 150 mm dia. having required range with accessories such as GI fittings, Bib cock etc. required complete the work in all respect at all pump sets delivery. Make: - Hguru/Fibeg/Any DJB Approved
