S &F 0.63mm Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type or J type or crank hooked bolt in roof/ walls etc.with grade of zink coating 275gm /sqm .complete all as specified and as directed

S&F0.63mm mild steel plain galvanised steel sheeting as in ridges.hips, vally gutters, drips and straight flashings( Length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 gm/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only plain or corrugated steel sheeting with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc.complete all as specified & as directed.(NOTE: serviceable sheet shall be obtained from dismantling of old sheets here in before.)

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed. Note: To be executed for provision of ridges and hips.

S&F in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 4mm thick high pressure stean crude non asbestos fibre cement plain board ( E- board classic) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the concrete roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish not exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water ptoofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above over by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar including coping etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 30 mm thick Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails.
