Dismantling & taking down wiring with all fittings, fixtures, existing Main switch board / distribution board etc., after carefully disconnecting the incoming electrical input for the said Block / Room(s) and depositing all the old materials in an organised manner to the Institutes' Auction / E & MM Store Yard or as per the advise of the Electrical Officer In-Charge of the Project without any damage.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of LT Distribution Panel Board made out of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel, angle iron, base frame suitable for fixing panel to wall / surface with 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm size angle iron duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint of Ivory colour over a coat of red oxide primer, panel shall be fixed to wall / surface with suitabe anchor bolts and nuts. The panel shall have individual hinges with locking arrangement doors for each MCCB / MCB distribution chamber within the compartment including connecting all incoming & outgoing cables, suitable size drip proof ventilations on all 4 sides of the panel suitably covered with wire mesh from inside. During connections if any incoming / outgoing cables is need to be extended also included in the scope of work (cable for extension of connection will be provided by CFTRI). Important: All incoming / outgoing armoured cables / submains etc., shall be terminated with suitable size copper / aluminium lugs (for copper cables coppler lugs and for aluminium cables aluminium lugs) and armoured cable shall be provided with suitable size double compression glands and 2 sets of keys for each door. The output from the 100A MCCB (Item b) to the Bus-Bars have to be connected with 16 sq.mm FRLS copper wire duly terminated with copper lugs at both the ends and using proper color code for wiring. From the Bus-Bar to individual 32A 4P MCBs (Item c), the connections has to be made with 10 sq.mm FRLS copper wires duly terminated with suitable lugs at both the end and using proper color code for wiring. The panel shall have the following fittings and accessories in the Compartment: a) Copper Bus-Bar with 40mm x 5 mm with fire proof tape, mounted on individual bus-bar insulators. - 4 Nos. b) 100 A,30KA,4P, MCCB for Mains - 1 No (Legrand / Schneider / ABB / L&T) c) 32 Amps, 415V, 4P MCB for Outgoing - 6 Nos. (Legrand / Schneider / ABB / L&T) d) LED Phase Indication Lamps (RYB) - 3 Nos.e) Internal Wiring from Bus-Bar to & from MCB, MCCB etc., with suitable size & range of FRLS copper conductor cable as per the advice of Project In-Charge if not mentioned in the specifications.
