Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) above ground floor for sunken portion exc 15 cm thick and removing the rubbish out side MD land upto 100 mtr complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as in sunken portion mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement, finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supplying only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5 Kg per Sqm per coat complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of sunken and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
