Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 5 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Ref:- 1.1.18)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Ref:- 4.2.3)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size). (Ref:- 4.10)

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half wall of mix

1:6 (1cement :6fine sand) (Ref:- 13.2.2)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand):

Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing (Ref:- 13.31.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade ::

Old work (One or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface. (Ref:- 13.111.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade ::

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). (Ref:- 13.46.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Ref:- 13.80)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (Ref:- 15.56)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing barbed wire fencing on existing boundary wall with angle iron post of 40x40x6mm size (vertical post in Y shape, complete length 1.67 meter including tappered shape and part of length embedded in concrete) placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks in PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 Coarse aggregate, 0.23m x 0.23m x 0.23m), every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire 9.38 Kg per 100m minimum (15 nos horizontal @ 75mm c/c) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. The work includes one coat of steel primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamal paint. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in-charge. (Ref:- N.S.)

Providing and laying Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 100 (average compressive strength not less than 105 kg per sq.cm.) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (Ref:- N.S.)
