Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (Carted Earth)

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b). (For Road Work and Diversion)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For DBM Surface).

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 100-120 TPH HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.00% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 505 Complete in all respects. (5.04)

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Demolishing cement concrete manually including disposal of material within 50 metres lead As per S.I. No. 15.2.1

Supply & Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of 80 mm (Rubber molded Grey) (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. As per Chapter no. 20 Sl No. 14

Construction of Drain, Hume Pipe Culvert & Retaining Wall Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.8
