Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof, floor beam, staircase, landing, chajja and similar suspended works complete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all coin, arches, pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding( bur not backing) , and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class B; bricks ,straight or curve on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 6 above but except bricks all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry wall or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry wall or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick M- 35 grade factory made rubber moulded vibratory cement concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

M&L for 80 mm thick M-40 grade factory made rubber moulded vibratory cement concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Compacted thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tile 30cm X 30cm X 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) in floor all as specified including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 as in landing, cover slabs ,(for manholes) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar article with plain faces all a s specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for 25mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies,type B-0,1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and likes complete all as specified ind directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plate, kerbs and likes slightly rounded or chamfered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 21 above but 6 to 8mm dia.

Cleaning of choked sewer lines of 100mm dia of any depth manually or through using mechanical appliance and making sewer line functional complete including working under foul condition and depositing the sludge, rubbish etc. off the premises at an isolated place to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 2.0 Km distance complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of choked sewer lines of 150mm dia of any depth manually or through using mechanical appliance and making sewer line functional complete including working under foul condition and removing & depositing the sludge, rubbish etc. off the premises at an isolated place to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc. 2.0 Km distance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete coloured tile 30cm X 30cm X 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) in floor all as specified including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging of existing manholes of depth upto 1.5 m filled with sludge by means of manually or through mechanical appliances complete including working under foul condition and depositing and removal of sludge, rubbish etc. off the premises at an isolated place to a distances exc. 1.5 km but not exc. 2.0 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging of existing manholes of depth upto 1.5 m and not exc. 3.0m filled with sludge by means of manually or through mechanical appliances complete including working under foul condition and depositing and removal of sludge, rubbish etc. off the premises at an isolated place to a distances exc. 1.5 km but not exc. 2.0 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging of existing manholes of depth exc. 3.0m filled with sludge by means of manually or through mechanical appliances complete including working under foul condition and depositing and removal of sludge, rubbish etc. off the premises at an isolated place to a distances exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 2.0 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desludging of septic tank by pumping out sludge by mechanically through septic tank cleaning truck (The capacity of the truck to be upto 6000 litres) from existing chocked/ blocked septic tanks including taking out all sediment sand, dirt, ashes, grease, fibres or vegetation, or any other foreign material etc. from any depth and size of septic tanks including removing of sludge, rubbish etc. off the premises at an isolated place to a distance exceeding 3.0 Km but not exceeding. 5.0 Km away and buried under ground complete all as directed.

Dewatering of existing soak well of following sizes by means of manually or through mechanical appliances and discharging waste into nearby drain, including taking out foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

Soak well 1.8m dia and 3.0 m depth

Soak well 1.2m dia and 3.0 m depth

Soak well 2.4m dia and 3.0 m depth

Soak well 3.0m dia and 3.0 m depth

Cleaning of choked WC in ground floor manually or mechanically upto first man holes and making functional including working under foul condition complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rates quoted are deemed to be included opening of access door and closing etc. as required at site.

All as per Srl item 31 above but of WC in other than ground floors

Cleaning of floor traps/nahani trap/gully trap upto first man hole complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desludging of silt in open drains including watering /dewatering under foul condition including removal of silt to a distance of exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 2.0 Km complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 35 above but exc 1.5m and not exc 3.0 m in depth

Removing excavated soil material n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain waste pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC, PVC ) of internal dia 100 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
