Note: Pre -commisioning, inspection of transformer shall be carried out by rep of Accepting offr and T&P for the inspection shall be arrange by contractor, cost of the T&P etc for testing shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M & L for providing copper Air termination rod single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with drilling , holes nut bolts washers complete fixing all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note : All the joints shall be made with welding nut bolt to get proper conductivity.

M & L for providing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorusbronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm longhex head screw, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for construction of platform for transformer 2.5m (wide)x 2.5m (long) & 1.5m (height) including moorum filling, earth work in brickwork any type of soil, brick work in CM (1:6) and PCC at top 10 cm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 and foundation with 1:4:8 type D-2, 25cm thick all as per drawing including plastering to exposed walls and white wash, providing MS channel on top of size 75x40x8mm of 1.5m length for rolling to transformer, including chain link fencing of wire mesh 150x100 size made out 4mm dia GI wire of height 1.5m fixed with the help of MS strip 25x6mm on and including MS angle iron 75x45x6mm thick 12 Nos post by the means of drilling holes at the distance of 30cm and fixed with the help of suitable nut, bolt and washer, the length of MS angle iron not less than 2.25m top of post bend to the shape of 60 degree including 03 Nos cuts for inserting barbed wire including 03 run of barbed wire and including provision of gate of size 1.5mx0.9m made out of MS angle iron 50x50x6mm and MS bar 12mm dia for meshing to the gate and locking arrangement complete all necessary for work, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing No. CEUZ/TD/1516/15 sheet 1/1.

Supply and fixing of danger notice plate board of size 250 mm x 200mm for HT 11000 volts system made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet , vitreous enamelled white , with letters, in english hindi or urdu and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps ,bolts,nuts of approved size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick MS Base plate,welded to pole,finial taper cap, bolts, nuts, screws, 11 Mtr long, type 410 SP - 55,including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms,painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete, and marking pole no. with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch ‘A’
