For Developmental Order(s): Developmental vendors in RCF Vendor Directory for "Set of side wall assembly, Lavatory side wall and roof for LHB Coaches" (UVAM item ID: 2400026 / Sub-Item ID: 2400026001). Clause 2.12 of RCF Bid document (Ver.14.0) or latest to be read with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before opening of tender, shall be applicable.

Commercial-Compliance

   Price Variation Clause (PVC) Formula will be applicable for End Walls, Side walls and Roof Assemblies as under: P= Po + 0.60 X Po (S2 - S1)/S1 wherein P= Final Basic Price to be paid to Vendors, Po = Contracted Basic Price, S1 = WPI for "Stainless Steel Coils, Strips & Sheets" for the month of JAN.'2026 i.e 146 (latest available on www.eaindustry.nic.in at the time of tender publishing) , S2 = WPI for "Stainless Steel Coils, Strips & Sheets" as published on www.eaindustry.nic.in for one month prior to the date of inspection (in case of Consignee Inspection; Date of Delivery of stores to the consignee will be considered as the Date of Inspection)

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Quantity Splitting : As per Clause No. 2.17.2 of Bid Document Version 14.0 OR latest with all corrigendum and amendments if any issued before opening of tender.

   Warranty/ Guarantee : As per clause no. 2.18 of Bid Document Version 14.0 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments if any issued before opening.

   GD CLAUSE : RAILWAYS RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL CONTRACT AFTER EXPIRY OF THE DELIVERY PERIOD BY IMPOSING GD @ 10% OF THE OUTSTANDING OF THE VALUE OF CONTRACT.

   LIQUIDATED DAMAGES : RAILWAY WILL RECOVER FROM THE CONTRACTOR AS AGREED LIQUIDATED DAMAGES AND NOT BY WAY OF PENALTY, A SUM QUIVALENT TO 0.5% (HALF PERCENT) OF THE PRICE OF ANY STORES (INCLUDING ELEMENTS OF TAXES, DUTIES, FREIGHT ETC.) WHICH THE CONTRACTOR HAS FAILED TO DELIVER WITHIN THE PERIOD FIXED FOR DELIVERY IN THE CONTRACT OR AS EXTENDED FOR EACH WEEK OR PART OF A WEEK DURING WHICH THE DELIVERY OF SUCH STORES MAY BE IN RREARS WHERE DELIVERY THEREOF IS ACCEPTED AFTER EXPIRY OF HE AFORESAID PERIOD, SUBJECT TO A MAXIMUM OF 10% (TEN PERCENT) OF VALUE OF DELAYED SUPPLIES AND THE SAME WILL NOT BE WAIVED OFF EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE DELAY IS ON ACCOUNT OF RCF. NOTE:-(THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR TENDERS OPENED AFTER 31-MAR-2019).

   Bid Document Version-14.0 or latest with Corrigenda & Amendments, if any, issued before tender closing shall be applicable. Latest version of Bid Document with all Corigenda and Amendments is available on IREPS website.
