Construction of Subhadra Shakti Bazar at Kumunda Tahasil Banarpal District Angul

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Upto 1.5 Mtr Depth

From 1.5 Mtr upto 3.0 Mtr Depth

Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance,royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 40mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary using Fly Ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar of (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling champhering and similar such type of work watering and curing including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work.
